Dear Constituents,
As your State Senator, I have been honored to represent you in the
Massachusetts State Senate.
I have stood firm to implement common sense reforms that will make
state government more efficient and responsive to you, the
taxpayers.
I believe that by reforming state government and running a
cost-efficient state, only then, will we have the necessary funds
for the many services and social programs we expect and hold dear.
As your State Senator, I both need and value your perspective. This constituent survey is part of my office's continuing efforts to learn your views on the issues facing my district. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts, and thank you for your guidance!

Thank you for your participation in this survey. I appreciate your time, and I respect your views.
Since first announcing my
candidacy for the Senate in November 2003, I have spent hundreds of
hours in each of the twelve towns in my District listening to what
you, the voters, expect from state government and your State
Senator.
I value the input of my constituents and always strive to serve you
to the best of my abilities.
I have been on the forefront of many major policy decisions that
affect our quality of life in Massachusetts. I have worked with my
colleagues in the House and Senate in a bi-partisan manner to try to
do what is right and most beneficial for my district and the
Commonwealth.
I have sponsored legislation to help get sexual predators off our
streets and avoid the preventable tragedies that have befallen too
many citizens of the Commonwealth. I have worked to provide law
enforcement with all the tools they need to ensure the safety of our
communities. I will continue to secure adequate funding for our
police and fire personnel, teachers and schools, and our seniors. I
have helped to expand prescription drug coverage for our seniors and
try to keep businesses and employers in Massachusetts.
Thank you for allowing me to work on your behalf in the Senate. I
will continue to work to earn your confidence. Once again, I ask for
your vote on November 4th and I promise to work diligently with your
interests in mind.
Sincerely,

SCOTT BROWN
